Meet Seni Penitani

Leadership isn’t what you do to people. It’s what you build within and with them.

Seni Penitani is a certified professional facilitator, coach, and culture strategist who has equipped and developed college student leaders and faith-based leaders and participated in the transformational process of the most difficult group of people to change—the high-risk juveniles.

From university campuses in the Philippines, Tonga, and Fiji to one of the most notorious juvenile prisons in the U.S., his mission is rooted in a core belief: true transformation begins with the heart of the individual, and lasting change happens when the culture around them is transformed.

Culture change isn’t just a strategy — it’s the heart of human transformation.

He brings 20+ years of leadership development, youth rehabilitation, and culture-building experience — combining the science of strengths with the soul of service.

He utilizes the Pacific Islander community-oriented culture and the values of toutu’u (standing-together), toungaue(working-together), and nofo-‘a-kainga (dwelling as family) to enrich and strengthen the U.S. workforce.
